5 Ways exercise can make you RICHER!

Everyone seems to know that exercise is fantastic for you but sometimes that just isn't enough to get you off your couch. Maybe these reasons will finally get you to do one squat while you watch ferret videos.





1.Exercise can increase your physical work capacity which means you can work harder for longer hours and/or you can work more efficiently in whatever time you do work.

More quality work == More MONIES


2. Exercise reduces stress levels and increases tolerance to stress which means your brain is not fighting off other battles and can focus on making it RAAAIINNN


3.Exercising regularly improves your immunity which means fewer sick days and more "I feel like working today" days. You can finally be that person with 100% attendance.


4.Exercise can keep many chronic diseases at bay or help regulate existing chronic illnesses with no/less medications. Less medication and doctor's visits mean you can use that money to buy yourself more things you don't need.


5.Exercise can help you sleep like an adorable kitten. More quality sleep means a better state of mind to become the next Elon Musk which means your boss will be begging you to take that promotion with that super thicc raise.
