5 Ways exercise can make you more attractive!

Everyone seems to know that exercise is fantastic for you but sometimes that just isn't enough to get you off your couch. Maybe these reasons will finally get you to do one squat while you watch squirrel videos.






1. Exercise helps regulate your mood which makes it much easier to have meaningful conversations on first dates. As your relationship progresses and life gets in the way you'll always have exercise to help you deal with your stress so you can give your partner what they deserve == you're hot AF


2. Someone who exercises means someone who respects themself enough to put in time and effort consistently to improve themselves. Not someone who refuses to deal with problems in a healthy way. Watch your partner shower you with love in the shower ;)


3. Working out improves your physical ability which means long walks, lifting boxes, long drives, picking your partner up and tossing them onto the bed - all easy peasy. More options to have fun == more ways to show your partner how amazing they are


4. Exercise helps your body recover from stress, illness more quickly and also prevents you from getting tired more easily. Date night after a long day of work? No problem at all. You will have all the energy you need to love your partner to heaven and beyond.


5. Exercising helps you be more comfortable in your own skin. You know now that your body is so much more than how it looks. You have seen it do so much more and you love it for just that. More self confidence == you're on fire
